Hello! Welcome to SC Photography. My name is Shelby Chowning. I’m a traveling, mug making, hat knitting, photographer. My husband, Micah and I took the back half of 2019 to travel the west. We drove around in our converted U-Haul, seeing the National Parks and meeting new friends along the way. We sold the van in December 2020 and built out an enclosed trailer. My camera career began when I was just Thirteen. Capturing nature has always been a passion of mine, but since traveling around, I have been given the gift of time. Micah has helped and pushed me to find my passion for photography. So after learning how to properly use a camera (figure out what all those crazy buttons mean), I couldn’t put one down. Getting to pursue a career in photography is a dream come true!
